TERMS OF USE

By using CARFRIEND LLC services you are agreeing to hire CARFRIEND LLC to do the research, invest time and professional knowledge to find you the vehicle you request. By agreeing to the CARFRIEND LLC services you are entering into a contract with CARFRIEND LLC and are therefore bound by the CARFRIEND LLC TERMS AND CONDITIONS. 

These obligations and rights are yours only and may not be transferable to any other person or 3rd party. By making a purchase or lease of a new or used vehicle through CARFRIEND LLC you are bound by these TERMS AND CONDITIONS. 

When using CARFRIEND LLC services our agents will do a thorough visual inspection of the vehicle and all accessible items, check vehicle history report and the drivability of the vehicle to the best of our knowledge. However we are not certified inspectors and CARFRIEND LLC is not responsible or to be held liable for any missed blemishes or minor issues that may arise. We are only here to help you interpret the vehicles condition and help you make an informed decision with your overall purchase. 

If buying a used vehicle (3 years or older) through CARFRIEND LLC we recommend you hire a certified inspector paid by you to evaluate the vehicle's overall condition and drivability. While we can assist with coordinating of the inspection CARFRIEND LLC does not take any responsibility for something missed by the certified inspector and therefore have no financial responsibility to have it fixed. We recommend having the inspection done as close to the purchasing of the vehicle to insure the best outcome. CARFRIEND LLC is not affiliated with any seller, therefore we hold no position in your decision to purchase the vehicle.

When using the CARFRIEND LLC services to purchase a used vehicle you are making the purchase in "AS-IS" condition unless the vehicle has been warranted by the seller. The certified third party inspector's report and/or the CARFRIEND LLC initial inspection  cannot and shall not be construed or interpreted as a safety and/or emissions inspection as required by the applicable state law. Nor they act as any type of warranty or insurance on the condition of the vehicle. You agree to be responsible and liable for any repairs and/or maintenance costs associated with the vehicle.

THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR ANY SERVICES RENDERED BY CARFRIEND LLC ARE AN "AS-IS" OR PENDING AVAILABILTY BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON INFRINGEMENT OR MERCHANTABILITY. UNDER THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THERE IS NOTHING THAT CONSTITUTES ANY WARRANTIES BY ANY OF THE CARFRIEND LLC PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES. BY USING THE SERVICES YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE DOING IT AT YOUR OWN RISK AND DISCRETION. YOU AGREE THAT CARFRIEND LLC'S LIABILTIY IS LIMITED TO REFUNDING ONLY YOUR DEPOSIT IN THE EVENT YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICES OR ANY INJURIES OCCUR DUE TO UNREPORTED DEFECTS OR ISSUES WITH ANY VEHICLE PURCHASED WHILE USING CARFRIEND LLC'S SERVICES. 

CANCELLATION: Once agreed to services whether by phone or email, all sales are final.
