A CarFriend agent works on your behalf to facilitate the purchase or lease of a new or used vehicle. As an agent we work for you, so you can always be assured that you will get the best price, trade in amount or rate on a purchase, loan or vehicle lease.

Online dealerships don't offer the same level of comprehensive service, most vehicles posted on their sites are the generic versions of that vehicle and not the actual vehicle you are trying to purchase or lease. Since they work on a national database you don't get to actually see the vehicle until it gets delivered. Do your research and use the service you feel is best for your buying situation. 

Once you reach out to CarFriend and agree in using our services to buy or lease your next new or used vehicle you will make a $199 deposit that will be included in the final charge after we find your vehicle and hand you the keys. We will negotiate on your behalf to bring down the price of the car you select at least enough to cover your fee. If we can't, you only pay for the deposit! So we will negotiate and save you enough from the listed price of the car to cover our fee. It's basically free!
